Job Overview

The Associate Service Specialist travels to physicians offices within an assigned territory to provide pharmaceutical resources and information to physicians and other healthcare professionals (HCPs). The role focuses on building ongoing relationships and influencing salespresenting information without hard closing. Fieldwork dominates this position, with modest planning and administrative duties to record activity and ensure compliance with company reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business objectives and support HCPs as their primary contact within HCP Concierge.
• Operate ethically and in accordance with the companys processes and policies at all times.
• Master information; undergo regular training that includes studying for and passing certifications, both written and verbal.
• Manage territory calling on a range of HCPs in targeted physician offices.
• Distribute and manage resources within guidelines provided by management.
• Develop and maintain in?depth knowledge of the market and customers.
• Manage territory as a business to achieve call plans and customer satisfaction.
• Establish and manage high?quality customer relationships.
• Execute customer call plans and follow up on customer requests.
• Comply with company reporting requirements.
• Adhere to all company and industry guidelines and regulations.
  

Job Requirements

• Degree preferred Associates or Bachelors degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently to achieve results.
• Strong work ethic.
• Must reside locally / within assigned territory.
• Must have and maintain a valid drivers license and a safe driving record.
• Proficiency with using technology for business purposes.
• Essential Core Competencies: Action Oriented, Problem Solving, Priority Setting, Intellectual Horsepower, Drive For Results, Dealing With Ambiguity.
  

Training & Onboarding

New team members will participate in a comprehensive two?part training program designed to set you up for success in the field. The program includes a virtual component and an in?person session hosted at our headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. We anticipate holding our next training classes in December 2025, beginning with virtual onboarding, followed by an in?person session the following week. Travel and accommodations for the in?person portion will be fully covered by HCP Concierge. Participation in both portions of the program is required as part of your onboarding.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $48,000 annual base salary. In select metropolitan markets, a location?based adjustment may apply in accordance with local compensation benchmarks.
• Company Car Program: Choose a company vehicle through our fleet program (fuel, maintenance, and insurance paid by the company with limited personal use) or a reimbursement program (monthly allowance of $500 plus $0.25 per business mile). You are responsible for insurance and maintenance of your own vehicle when using the reimbursement program.
• Bonus: Up to 10% of salary annually.
