ResponsibilitiesResponsible for overseeing the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the project.
- Maintain up to date records of MEP reports installation schedules and management of Work orders from client.
- Provide regular reports to the project manager and client regarding the status of MEP works.
- PM and CM scheduling and submission to client for approval. Planning of work, resources with the requirements.
- Ensure that all MEP work complies with local codes and standards and maintain proper documentation for inspections and approvals.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to find solutions to problems, ensuring minimal impact on the project timeline and close out of individual WO's.
- Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Coordination with client engineers for the report verification.
- Address any issues that arise during installation, such as conflicts delays or quality concerns.
- Ensure that the project team follows safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Coordinate the commissioning of MEP systems, verification of the handing over reports and documents for the assets.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical / mechanical engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity with Infrastructure companies
- A Valid UAE driving license
