W2 General Dentist - San Antonio, TX
Proxi Dental Staffing is seeking a General Dentist for a full-time W2 employed position in San Antonio, TX. This solo dentist role offers competitive daily guarantees, production bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to practice full-scope general dentistry in a supportive environment.
What You'll Love

•Full-time schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
•Solo practice experience with support from in-house specialists for referrals
•Opportunity to manage a goal of 15 patients per day and practice a full clinical scope
About the Role
You'll provide full-spectrum general dentistry in a solo setting, performing preventive, restorative, and hygiene-related procedures. This role is ideal for a production-minded dentist with at least one year of experience who is comfortable working independently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
What You'll Do
•Deliver fillings, crowns, partials, full dentures, and hygiene procedures
•Perform anterior teeth endodontics (optional but preferred)
•Provide care for patients ages 11+
•Refer specialized procedures to on-site specialists
•Maintain accurate patient records and ensure quality standards
What You'll Bring
•DDS or DMD from an accredited program
•Active Texas dental license or willingness to obtain
•Minimum 1 year of general practice experience
•Comfortable working solo without a hygienist
•Strong clinical skills and patient-first approach
•Production-minded and collaborative with the practice team
Practice Details
•Solo general dentist role with access to on-site specialists for referrals
•Well-supported practice environment with steady patient flow
•Goal-oriented patient schedule (15 patients per day)
