Join 40 Primary Care Physicians already on staff. The Primary Care team is experienced in providing primary care services with an emphasis on healthy lifestyles and prevention. They have a complete spectrum of care from children to seniors, including routine and preventive health examinations, and management and treatment of chronic medical conditions. Specialists on staff.
Open to: Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med Peds, Geriatric and SNFist Physicians
Options for:
- Outpatient - outpatient clinic positions in the Bronx, Long Island, Queens, Glendale
- Traditional (in/out) medicine - Long Island, Queens
- Express Care - Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Westchester, Long Island, Dutchess
- Home Care - Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Westchester, Long Island, Dutchess County
- Nursing Home Care - Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Westchester, Long Island, Dutchess
- Hospitalist Monday Friday, 9-5 - Bronx, Long Island, Queens
