We're seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead in mechanical and plumbing projects. If you're skilled in these areas, this role is made for you
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Industrial Mechanical Construction, emphasis on process piping and plumbing preferred.
- Background in project management and estimating.
- Knowledge of project buyout for mechanical and plumbing materials and equipment.
- Proficiency in creating and reviewing project scopes.
- Track record of successfully handling projects exceeding $10 million in size.
- Ability to craft accurate estimates from schematic design documents.
- Professional growth opportunities and potential for career progression.
