Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and operate efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Install HVAC/R systems according to specifications and schematics.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and field service teams to complete projects efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and questions regarding their HVAC systems.
  • Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and equipment to job sites.
Experience
  • Proven experience in HVAC installation or related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with equipment repair, appliance repair, and ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for various HVAC/R systems.
  • Experience in field service roles is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with an emphasis on maintaining equipment effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
