Senior Manager M&A Accounting

Our client, a global trading and investments organization, is looking to hire a Senior Manager of M&A Accounting. This role will be responsible for leading the seamless integration of newly acquired companies into parent company's financial reporting and close processes. Reporting to the VP of Accounting, this role will oversee due diligence, purchase price allocations (ASC 805), and post-close consolidation, while harmonizing accounting policies and systems across entities. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to execute integration plans, drive process improvements, and support complex technical accounting initiatives. Ideal candidates bring a mix of public accounting and industry experience, deep knowledge of US GAAP, and a proven track record managing post-acquisition accounting integrations in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Accounting/Finance/business
- 6+ years progressive career growth
- Experience in M&A and PMI
- GAAP/IFRS and technical accounting and financial reporting
- Public / Private mix
- Large ERP systems experience
Preferred Skills:
- CPA
- ASC 805
- SAP S4 HANA
Compensation: $145,000 - $160,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
