Responsabilités

  • Vision et stratégie produit : collaborer avec les dirigeants pour définir et mettre en œuvre la vision, la stratégie et les plans opérationnels de Flow Studio et des capacités de révision

  • Responsabilité de la feuille de route : élaborer et gérer des feuilles de route produit réalisables, en donnant la priorité aux flux de travail et aux améliorations ayant un impact important, tout en gérant les risques et les dépendances

  • Défense des intérêts des clients : agir en tant que responsable en contact avec les clients, communiquer régulièrement avec les clients et les partenaires pour informer et valider la stratégie produit, en veillant à ce que leurs besoins déterminent l'orientation du produit

  • Collaboration entre les équipes : travailler avec les responsables produit, les Scrum Masters, les concepteurs UX, les développeurs et autres chefs de produit pour assurer une intégration transparente des capacités de révision et de création de contenu dans tous les outils

  • Découverte continue : mener une découverte et une validation continues des clients afin d'informer le développement itératif et de maximiser l'impact

  • Expertise du secteur et du marché : suivre les tendances mondiales en matière de production de contenu et de technologie, maintenir une connaissance concurrentielle et guider l'innovation

  • Stratégie communautaire des développeurs : cultiver une stratégie communautaire des développeurs, en encourageant l'engagement et les commentaires des artistes et ingénieurs de production

  • Résolution de problèmes : traduire les besoins des clients et les défis techniques en cartes narratives et solutions exploitables, en guidant les priorités de développement

  • Qualité et conformité : évaluer la technologie fournie par le développement en termes de réalisation technique, de performance, de qualité et de conformité

Qualifications minimales

  • Expérience : plus de 10 ans dans la gestion ou le développement de produits, avec une expérience significative dans le domaine des médias et du divertissement (cadres et méthodologies de développement de longs métrages, d'animations ou de jeux)

  • Expérience avérée dans le domaine de l'apprentissage automatique, avec une solide expertise en vision par ordinateur, en infographie ou en IA générative

  • Connaissance des outils : maîtrise des outils de gestion de production Autodesk, de Flow Studio et des solutions et flux de travail d'IA concurrentiels utilisés dans les pipelines VFX, d'animation ou de jeux

  • Capacités de collaboration : capacité avérée à collaborer entre les équipes et les organisations afin de fournir des solutions intégrées

  • Prise de décision stratégique : capacité à synthétiser des données provenant de plusieurs sources, à faire des compromis difficiles et à établir des priorités de manière efficace

Position Overview

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to join our Media & Entertainment team, focusing on next-generation AI solutions for Autodesk Flow Studio (formerly Wonder Studio), our state-of-the-art AI-powered VFX platform. This role will report into the Sr Director of the Flow Studio Team.?

In this pivotal role, you will bridge customer needs and engineering requirements, champion transformative features, and drive the future of productivity and creativity in media production.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate withleaders to define and execute the vision, strategy, and operational plans for Flow Studio and review capabilities

  • Roadmap Ownership: Develop and manage actionable product roadmaps, prioritizing impactful workflows and enhancements while managing risks and dependencies

  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the customer-facing leader, engaging regularly with customers and partners to inform andvalidateproduct strategy, ensuring their needsdriveproduct direction

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, Developers, and other product managers to ensure seamless integration of review and content creation capabilities across all tools

  • Continuous Discovery: Conduct ongoing customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development and maximize impact

  • Industry & Market Expertise: Track global trends in content production and technology,maintainingcompetitive knowledge and guiding innovation

  • Developer Community Strategy: Cultivate a developer community strategy,fosteringengagement and feedback from production artists and engineers

  • Problem-Solving: Translate customer needs and technical challenges into actionable story maps and solutions, guiding development priorities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in product management or development, with significant exposure to media & entertainment (feature film, animation, or game development frameworks and methodologies)

  • Proven experience in machine learning, with strongexpertisein?computer vision,?computational graphics, or?generative AI

  • Tool Familiarity:Proficiencywith Autodesk Production Management tools,Flow Studioand competitiveAIsolutionsand workflowsused in VFX, Animation, or Game pipelines

  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to deliver integrated solutions

  • Strategic Decision-Making: Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, make difficult trade-offs, and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects in a large organization and working in Agile/SCRUM environments

  • Experience with web development on industry-scale cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

  • Familiarity with statistical analytics platforms and concepts

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,400 and $244,860. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
