Job Description:
As a Data Mapping & Integrity Analyst, you will lead efforts to identify, document, and assess the integrity of data fields within the application. This role requires strong SQL, Excel, and data mining skills to ensure consistent and reliable data usage across multiple deliverables, including extracts, correspondence, certificates, and API data feeds. You will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain system accuracy, and create detailed documentation to support data integrity and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and document all existing fields in the application and analyze their usage across various deliverables.
  • Develop a comprehensive field map detailing data types, relationships, dependencies, and usage guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to ensure data consistency, reliability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand field usage and resolve data issues.
  • Create detailed technical documentation, including mapping reports and data integrity guidelines.
  • Coordinate project activities, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables align with project objectives.
  • Maintain the licensure and regulation system and external help desk system, resolving issues and processing change requests.
  • Handle tickets related to data pulls, reporting needs, and general system administration.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data mining techniques.
  • Experience in data mapping, documentation, and integrity assessment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Familiarity with help desk systems and system administration tasks.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $20.00 to $30.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
