IT Support Specialist (On-Site/Flex)

Our growing firm is seeking passionate problem-solvers who are driven to make a real impact. We're hiring an IT Support Specialist The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance and support related to VAA's environment by responding to end-user questions, monitoring day-to-day operations, isolating problems, and identifying and implementing solutions.

Your role
  • Provide technical assistance to staff related to software programs and hardware, such as laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Track and respond to all instances of support through the IS ticketing queue updating the status of each ticket.
  • Provide new user installation and upgrades of hardware and software applications.
  • Update computer software and hardware, as requested.
  • Train end-users, as needed, on hardware functionality and software programs.
Your resume must include
  • 3 years in IT with a minimum of 2 years supporting 365 in a Windows 10 environment required.
Starting Salary Range

$25.00 - $31.00

A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
