Preconstruction Administration Manager

RTD Talent Solutions is currently representing one of the premier construction companies in Florida. This is a full-time, permanent role with excellent compensation and benefits package.
As Preconstruction Administration Manager, you would lead and manage the administrative, coordination, and support functions within the Pre-construction Department. This role ensures the seamless preparation of proposals, accurate documentation, and efficient support for preconstruction leadership and project teams.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, training, and day-to-day guidance to Preconstruction Coordinators to ensure accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
- Oversee proposal timelines, submission requirements, qualification materials, and compliance documentation throughout the preconstruction process.
- Manage and maintain all bonding, insurance, licensing, and corporate qualification documents required for bids and contracts.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development to prepare and submit RFQ/RFP packages, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Prepare and review front-end bid documents—including bid forms, bid bonds, MWBE participation requirements, corporate questionnaires, and related compliance items.
- Maintain departmental templates, standards, checklists, and tracking systems to support efficient preconstruction workflows.
- Oversee vendor relationships relevant to preconstruction activities and maintain engagement with industry associations, events, and professional organizations.
