What You'll Do (Responsibilities & Expectations)

Inventory Management
  • Accurately track, count, and record inventory levels on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
  • Maintain proper labeling, organization, and storage of all inventory items.
  • Assist with forecasting inventory needs to prevent overstocking or shortages.
Data Entry & Systems
  • Update inventory management software with incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Generate and review inventory reports for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures for inventory documentation.
Receiving & Shipping
  • Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Inspect materials for damage or defects and report issues promptly.
  • Prepare and package orders for shipment while meeting accuracy and timeline requirements.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with purchasing, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.
  • Communicate shortages, delays, or issues to supervisors and relevant departments.
  • Support audits and compliance checks as needed.
General Expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness goals consistently.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs.
What We're Looking For

Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of inventory, warehouse, or supply chain experience
  • Comfortable using inventory management software and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to lift/move up to 40-50 lbs
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred:
  • Associate's degree or certification in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
  • Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma principles for process improvement.
Pay Schedule: Competitive hourly wage based on experience, starting pay $20

Job Type: Full time - Monday to Friday 730am to 430pm, alternating Saturdays 9am to 2pm
