Compensation: $24-$29 per hour, based on experience

About the Opportunity

A thriving general dental practice in North Andover, MA is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join our team. Our practice provides comprehensive care including preventive and restorative dentistry, implant placement, surgical procedures, and Invisalign. We are looking for a professional who combines strong clinical skills with exceptional patient service and has a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during all procedures, including restorative, surgical, and implant placement cases
  • Take and process dental radiographs (state licensure required)
  • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by supporting patients throughout their visits and ensuring comfort and trust
  • Maintain compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards
  • Assist with Invisalign and advanced cosmetic or surgical procedures as trained
  • Capture high-quality clinical photography to support treatment planning and case documentation
Qualifications
  • Must hold an active Registered Dental Assistant license in Massachusetts
  • X-ray certification required
  • Implant placement assisting experience and advanced dental photography skills strongly preferred (required for higher pay tier)
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused professional
