Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to become part of a collaborative and experienced NICU team across multiple locations in the vibrant Kansas City, Missouri metro area. The facility features a robust neonatal care program, including a 49-bed Level-IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, and coverage for well-babies. Our hospital partners with the March of Dimes to offer a NICU Family Support program, and we pride ourselves on providing family-centered care in a welcoming environment.
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a range of NICU settings.
- Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives and education.
- Support the comprehensive new grad program tailored to NNP's specific needs.
- Engage in family-centered care practices, providing education and support to NICU families.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP).
- Master s degree in nursing.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care.
- Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner).
- Active Missouri Nursing License or willingness to obtain.
- DEA certification must be obtained prior to starting.
- CSR/CDS certification must be obtained prior to starting.
