As a Restaurant Managing Partner, your core responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with all employment policies with support from the management team.
- Guiding the management team by setting weekly schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers.
- Assessing management performance through weekly direction meetings, evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Supervising recruitment processes by reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and hiring both management and hourly staff.
- Overseeing all food, labor, and liquor cost management.
- Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
- Tracking food costs, managing waste, and controlling labor expenses.
- Maintaining oversight of weekly and monthly Profit & Loss statements.
- Planning, preparing, and managing inventories and budgets on weekly, monthly, and yearly bases.
- Verifying adherence to audit standards, daily Taste & Temp checks, and training protocols.
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and ensuring safety through appropriate security measures.
- Implementing incentive programs for both management and hourly employees.
- Facilitating the development of key employees through training in employment policies and practices.
- Practicing safe food handling procedures effectively.
- Acting as the primary liaison with vendors and support center contacts.
- Fostering a positive restaurant culture by embodying our core values: passion, integrity, partnership, and fun with purpose.
