Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join an Occupational Health team in Kansas City, MO. The LPN will primarily work in a flu clinic, delivering care to patients and ensuring vaccination protocols are followed efficiently and safely.
Key Details:
- Shift and Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Arrival required 10 minutes prior to shift start.
- Hours per Week: 40 hours
- Area: Clinic - Occupational Health
- Experience Required: Previous experience working in a flu clinic is essential.
- License Required: Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Kansas.
- Administering flu vaccines to clinic patients.
- Monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and adhering to clinic protocols.
- Communicating effectively with patients and clinic staff.
