Automotive Service Advisor

The Service Advisor at Lorton Auto Service Center play a pivotal role in both the operational and cultural success of the business. They blend leadership, customer service, and business strategy to create a dynamic, results-driven environment. Their ability to manage a team while fostering strong customer relationships is key to not only driving sales and profitability but also maintaining a positive company culture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Greet customers courteously and professionally, building positive relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
- Write estimates and order parts for services as needed.
- Ensure accurate documentation of vehicle service and repair records.
- Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and complete repairs in a timely manner.
- Obtain timely and proper repair authorizations.
- Build relationships with customers by communicating the status of their vehicle.
- Document, verbally communicate and sell the recommendations provided by the Service Manager or Store Manager.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure an efficient and effective vehicle repair.
