LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing digital marketing agency in hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-drivenDigital Marketing Specialist with experience in paid search campaigns to join a dynamic, fast-paced agency team. This Digital Marketing Specialist role offers the opportunity to work across multiple clients, industries, and campaigns while developing hands-on expertise in digital advertising and performance optimization.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search networks
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account management, analytics) to support integrated marketing campaigns
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Create ad copy, manage bid strategies, and implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance
  • Generate reports and present campaign results and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in paid search and digital marketing
Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Experience with reporting tools, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 base. Medical, dental, vision, and 401k are offered, along with a generous PTO policy.
