Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Current CNA certificate and active status on the MN CNA Registry
  • CERTIFIED TMA (Trained Medication Aide) certificate or diploma
  • At least 1 year of experience in Nursing Homes or Assisted Living settings
  • Willingness to be flexible, working as both a CNA providing direct care and a TMA handling medication
  • Ability to pass criminal background checks
  • Proficient in verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems for charting
