PAY/SCHEDULE/LOCATION/BENEFITS:
- Starting at $16.00-$18.00/hr DOE
- Stone Oak area, San Antonio, TX
- Mon-Fri Office Hours
- Weekly Pay via pay card or Direct Deposit

MEDICAL ASSISTANT DUTIES:
- Clinical Support : Assist physicians during exams and procedures, take patient histories, record vital signs, and prepare patients for medical evaluations.
- Medical Procedures : Administer medications and injections, perform basic lab tests, and prepare specimens for analysis as directed.
- Patient Care & Education : Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and ensure a clean, organized environment for care delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate patient records, and support billing, coding, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant, hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant. (Candidates with a consistent work history in healthcare with no significant gaps in employment are preferred .)
- Certification: Certification from an accredited Medical Assistant program is preferred, but not required.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Submit to a drug screen & criminal background check.
