Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM) | Overtime Available

We are seeking a skilled Grinder to perform finishing operations on welded assemblies and components. If you have experience with grinding, sanding, and blending welds to meet quality specifications, this is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on manufacturing role.

What You'll Do:

• Grind and smooth part surfaces and welds to meet appearance and quality standards.
• Blend welds using dual-action sanders as needed.
• Select the right tools and grinding pads for each task.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with engineering specs.
• Follow all safety regulations and quality standards.

What You Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of grinding or finishing experience (or equivalent training)
• Ability to operate grinders, dual-action sanders, and other finishing tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• 4-day workweek: Monday - Thursday (10-hour shifts)
• Overtime available on Fridays (voluntary or mandatory as needed)
