Description
As an Automotive Detailer, you'll be responsible for cleaning and reconditioning both new and pre-owned vehicles, preparing them for delivery to customers or the sales floor. This role is crucial to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle interiors and exteriors using proper equipment and techniques (washing, waxing, vacuuming, etc.)
- Perform full detailing services including buffing, polishing, and shampooing carpets
- Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing bay and supplies
- Apply protective finishes to exteriors and interiors when needed
- Move vehicles around the dealership lot as needed
- Assist service and sales departments with vehicle preparation for customer delivery
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in automotive detailing or a similar role
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
