Austin, TX, United States Maeva Aesthetics Full time

About Maeva Aesthetics:

Maeva Aesthetics is redefining what it means to practice aesthetic medicine. Through The Maeva Method, our structured yet deeply personalized framework, we approach every patient as a unique collaboration. Consultations are guided by conversation, careful facial assessment, and a long-term vision for natural, timeless results. No two treatment plans are ever the same.

Our culture is one of education, integrity, and artistry. We train together, problem-solve together, and celebrate our patients’ results together.

We value quality over quantity, teamwork over competition, and growth over ego. For the right Advanced Practice Provider, Maeva offers the opportunity to master your craft in an environment where patient care and professional development go hand in hand.

About the Job:

As an Advanced Practice Provider at Maeva Aesthetics, you’ll use the Maeva Method to guide every patient’s treatment journey—starting with a thoughtful conversation, assessing their unique features, and creating a plan that blends injectables, skin treatments, and at-home care.

You’ll perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, laser, and advanced skin treatments with a focus on natural, timeless results. Comprehensive patient care is central to this role, from in-clinic treatments to ongoing follow-ups and skin health recommendations. You’ll collaborate with our team, build lasting patient relationships, and uphold Maeva’s commitment to results that feel refined, never overdone.

About You:

You’re passionate about aesthetic medicine and see it as both a science and an art. You’re naturally curious, eager to learn, and committed to mastering your craft. You value collaboration over competition, welcome feedback, and approach every patient with empathy and respect.

You’re as invested in building trust as you are in delivering beautiful results.

You thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment, able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You’re confident in your clinical abilities but humble enough to know that growth comes from continued learning. With years of expertise and a proven framework we know works, we’ll teach you everything you need to excel while continuing to grow and learn together as a team.

Benefits:

At Maeva, we believe that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients. Here’s how we invest in your well-being, growth, and happiness:

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based commission. We believe your skill, effort, and results should be recognized and rewarded.
  • 401(k) with company match – We’re committed to building your future with you.
  • Paid time off, including holidays and sick leave – Time to recharge, travel, or simply rest.
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance – For your peace of mind.
  • Employee product and treatment perks – Enjoy the same exceptional experience you help create for our patients.
  • Paid maternity leave and Short Term Disability insurance.
