Join our team as an Inbound Sales Specialist, where you'll thrive in a rewarding sales environment that fosters customer loyalty. This full-time position focuses on engaging with residential customers and helping them discover our exceptional products and services.

In this role, you will:

  • Be a product expert, knowledgeable about our offerings and the marketing campaigns that drive customer inquiries.
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and proactively share the latest solutions.
  • Handle customer requests, navigating challenging sales situations with confidence.
  • Support teammates by sharing best practices and mentoring as you develop your skills.

We value your contributions and offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A base hourly pay rate of $16.58, with the potential for a target commission of $1,279 a month.
  • A two-month ramp-up period to help you adjust to commission earnings.

As a successful candidate, you will possess:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
  • Excellent computer and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to influence others.
  • The agility to establish customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • The initiative to identify and pursue sales opportunities independently.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • A background in the telecommunications industry.
  • At least one year of experience in a sales quota environment.
  • Two or more years of experience in related fields such as retail or training.

Our call center operates from 5 AM - 8 PM (Mon - Fri) and 6 AM - 6 PM (Sat). We conduct a shift bid process prior to the completion of your training program.
