The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine at Stony Brook Medicine is seeking an Maternal Fetal Medicine specialist to join an existing MFM Division of eight full-time faculty members. Applicants looking to develop an academic career in Maternal Fetal Medicine should apply. Stony Brook University Hospital is a tertiary care center with 4,000 deliveries annually. The Division of MFM has an ACGME accredited MFM Fellowship with 2 fellows per year. This is a dynamic department with a large clinical volume, modern Women and Infant's Hospital facilities, and an AIUM accredited state-of-the-art ultrasound unit. Opportunities for clinical and basic research are expanded by our affiliation with research facilities at Cold Spring Harbor and Brookhaven National Research Laboratories.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Candidates should have an MD (or foreign equivalent). Be Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Board certified or eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine, and have a New York State license or be eligible for one.
Preferred Qualifications:
A background in prenatal diagnosis / genetics is preferred.

Tenure/Non-Tenure Track position. FLSA Exempt position, not eligible for the overtime provisions of the FLSA.
