Job Summary:
As an Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will perform both routine and complex interventional procedures while following strict adherence to sterile techniques.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Executing interventional procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Gathering and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives.
- Supporting the IR Supervisor and Imaging Services Director in maintaining operational efficiency.
- Participating in the on-call rotation and responding within 30 minutes when required.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited program in Radiologic Technology, with a special focus on interventional procedures.
- BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire; ACLS Certification required within 6 months.
- ARRT certification preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a hospital department setting.
- Ability to report to the facility within 30 minutes when on-call.
