Description
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of families? We are looking for a dedicated Master's Level Family Counselor (FBMHP) to join our Family Based program. This role provides a unique opportunity to offer intensive, community-based support to families in need. Our program follows the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model, and we provide comprehensive training leading to certification, equipping you with the skills to create lasting change.
What You'll Do
As a Family Counselor, you will:
- Provide therapeutic interventions, crisis response, and case management to help families navigate mental health challenges.
- Work closely with parents to strengthen family connections and develop effective behavioral strategies for their children.
- Partner with a Bachelor's-level Mental Health Worker to deliver therapy to up to 8 families at a time.
- Participate in weekly supervision (group and team) for clinical support, including on-call crisis consultation when needed.
- Comprehensive, employer-paid training in the ESFT model leading to valuable certification.
- A collaborative team environment with ongoing clinical support.
