Make a meaningful impact in people's lives every day while challenging yourself to grow personally and professionally. We are currently seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at Oasis at Twin Lakes, a vibrant 228-unit apartment community in Roseville, MN.
Position Overview:
As a Lead Maintenance Technician, your role will be essential in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our property, ensuring residents enjoy a great living experience.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitor the property for any repairs or replacements needed.
- Complete work requests for both common areas and individual apartment units.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to uphold property standards.
- Assess and repair appliances as necessary.
- Prepare vacant units to welcome new residents.
- Supervise maintenance staff and assist as required.
- Participate in occasional on-call duties (trip stipend provided for callbacks after hours).
- Foster a safe working environment for all.
Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
- Proven skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs.
- HVAC and EPA certifications are a plus.
- CPO certification is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and insurance may be necessary.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay ranging from $24 - $27/hour DOE, plus a 6% bonus potential
