About Our Client

My client has been in business for over 20 years and they are one of the biggest names in the hospital construction space in Kansas City. They do a ton of self perform work and have over 70 people in the field. It is a tight knit group who is looking to bring in a Project Manager that can estimate and run work. Job Description
  • Oversight of project operations
  • Managing budget, schedule, etc.
  • Ability to estimate and win work
  • Managing field staff, project engineers, and admin teams
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals
  • Implement safety and compliance measures across all projects
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all project activities
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues

The Successful Applicant
  • 10+ years of experience in estimating and project management at a commercial general contractor
  • Experience working in occupied medical facilities is strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a client facing role
  • Experience bringing in and winning new business opportunities is a major plus have
