As our Compensation Manager, you will play a key role in administering Rollins' compensation and equity programs. In this role, you'll help attract, retain, and motivate top talent by analyzing market trends, ensuring competitive pay practices, and supporting equitable equity programs. You'll collaborate closely with HR partners and business leaders, turning data into insights that drive real impact across the organization.

Responsibilities

You Will be responsible for. . .

Compensation Management

  • Conduct analysis of internal and external compensation data to support competitive salary structures and pay decisions.
  • Perform regular market benchmarking and prepare compensation reports and recommendations based on findings.
  • Support the administration of executive compensation components, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards related to compensation activities.
Incentive Programs
  • Assist in the administration and calculation of variable pay programs, including annual incentives, long term incentives, and sales commission plans.
  • Analyze incentive program results and prepare data-driven recommendations for adjustments based on performance trends and financial outcomes.
Equity Plan Administration
  • Administer equity incentive plans, including processing stock grants, exercises, releases, and maintaining accurate participant records.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of equity transactions; ensure reconciliation with finance and accounting records.
  • Assist in refining stock plan processes and procedures for operational accuracy and efficiency.
Analytical Support & Program Evaluation
  • Conduct equity program analyses, prepare summaries and modeling, and support proposed program updates with data-based insights.
  • Monitor market practices, collect benchmarking data, and provide analytical support for compensation policy improvements.
Financial Reporting
  • Partner with finance and accounting to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of stock-based compensation expense.
  • Support external audit requests and provide required documentation related to equity and compensation programs.
Salary Structure & Job Evaluation
  • Assist with the maintenance of salary structures, pay ranges, and internal equity analysis.
  • Conduct job evaluations and support the placement of roles within established grading frameworks through market and internal data analysis.
Compensation & Equity Communications
  • Assist in preparing compensation and equity communication materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy of program details.
  • Provide support and training to HR and managers on compensation processes and tools.
Regulatory Compliance
  • Maintain awareness of compensation and equity regulatory requirements and support compliance activities and reporting needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with HR business partners, finance, and other departments to support compensation administration and data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support for compensation-related questions and assist in resolving complex pay issues.
People Leadership
  • Support the Total Rewards team by leading/managing 1-2 teammates. Provide day to day management and support performance reviews and career development.

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation, including experience supporting salary structure analysis, incentive programs, and market benchmarking
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, equity vehicles, and regulatory requirements
  • 2 years of experience in equity/stock plan administration strongly preferred
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills; able to interpret complex data and apply sound judgment in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
  • Ability to collaborate and parter with HR partners and business leaders to influence and guide compensation decision
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must be local to the Atlanta metro area or willing to self-relocate to the area.
