Key Responsibilities for Service Team Members:
- Deliver an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, serving food, and managing payments at the cash register.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
- Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to serve high-quality food.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, rotating between positions such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun, positive setting.

Qualifications:
- Friendly and helpful attitude.
- Prior experience in operations is a plus.
- Some high school education.
- Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (to be acquired at your expense).
Physical Requirements:
While performing your duties, you may work in hot kitchen environments with steam and food vapors. You will be expected to remain on your feet for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and communicate effectively in a dynamic environment with high noise levels. You must be able to adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult situations with ease.
