We are searching for a Receptionist to provide onsite support in Henderson, NV. This position is contract-to-hire and pays $17 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
  • Manage and maintain the central phone system, transferring calls appropriately.
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages to recipients.
  • Log and track all visitors and issue badges as needed.
  • Support HR with event planning, new hire orientation, and employee meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications.
  • Assist with updating HR systems and databases.
  • Coordinate vendor setup and support community and wellness initiatives.
  • Compile reports and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Provide back-up administrative support to the HR department.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming Card.
