About the Opportunity

The Cincinnati Center for Autism (CCA) is creating a small, friendly Volunteer Event Committee to help support and enhance our year-round events. From community gatherings to fundraisers to family engagement activities, these events help celebrate our students and strengthen our mission.

We’re looking for 8–10 volunteers who want a simple, flexible way to give back and use their skills—no big time commitment or experience required.

What You’ll Do

Committee members will help in light, collaborative ways, based on your interests:

  • Brainstorm ideas for fun, inclusive events
  • Provide feedback on décor, themes, or simple logistics
  • Support light marketing planning (social posts, flyers, outreach)
  • Assist with identifying potential sponsors or community partners
  • Help coordinate or support day-of needs (only if available)

This is a low-pressure, low-maintenance volunteer role — perfect for people who want to help but can’t commit to large ongoing projects.

  • Have skills or interest in events, marketing, or community outreach
  • Want to give back in a meaningful but manageable way
  • Are reliable, positive, and open to new ideas

No professional experience needed — just enthusiasm.

Time Commitment

  • Monthly 1-hour Zoom meeting
  • Occasional small tasks between meetings, based on your availability
  • Optional onsite help for events (only if you want to)
