This position is a Lead position and requires experience as a former supervisor or Lead capacity.
Must have excellent leadership skills; be able to interact with professionalism and with all levels
of Leadership -Must have the ability to train, multitask, and supervise others in a respectful and
positive manner; demonstrate all other aspects of leadership qualities. Must be able to develop
good rapport and working relationship with Client. Must be able to process new information and
learn very quickly. Must be able to work independently and as an engaged team member.
Technical Overview:
• Duties include putting OS on client laptops / desktops / tablets, configuration, and client data
migration.
• Advanced break-fix support of software / hardware issues for clients.
• Managing and updating tickets via the client's ticketing database.
• Flexibility required and the willingness to change directions within an hour, sometimes less.
• Travel between buildings is required daily.
• Ability to work in a team dynamic and backfill for team members.
• Train and backfill for Executive Support Services group.
• Excellent communication skills are required, as the associate will have frequent interactions with
clients in person and also via phone / email / IM.
• Auditing of technician tickets for accuracy and completeness.
• Technical escalation point for local(OR/WA) technicians.
• Assist with updating training material and process documents for technicians, keeping data updated,
inventory audits, etc.
• FAB work required
Requirements:
• 3-5 years technical experience desired
• Previous leadership roles preferred
• Driving to other Client facilities as well
• A+ certification required within 90 days of start date
• Windows / Linux imaging
• Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting
• Basic server imaging with limited troubleshooting
• Basic Linux OS troubleshooting
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
• May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl/kneel for extended periods
• Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills
Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily) and Windows 7, 8 and 10
