CMiC Operations Consultant

Role Overview: As a Consultant reporting to the Senior Manager of Consulting Services, you will play a crucial role in helping clients leverage CMiC software to enhance their business operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and implement tailored solutions that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert CMiC product knowledge and support to clients, both independently and as part of a collaborative project team.
• Engage with clients to assess their business processes, identify requirements, and propose effective strategies and solutions.
• Create and deliver training materials, documentation, and CMiC technical support to empower clients.
• Assist in the deployment of CMiC software by coordinating tasks, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing software performance.
• Develop and refine project tools and templates to ensure consistent delivery and reporting across all projects.
• Work closely with internal teams to drive service improvement and enhance client satisfaction.
• Exhibit strong emotional intelligence in client interactions, fostering trust and effectively managing expectations.
• Keep abreast of the latest CMiC software versions and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience with construction management software implementation or management.
• Proficiency in CMiC and relevant technical expertise; experience in ERP technology implementation is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of construction industry practices and experience in using project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the capability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
• High attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
• Willingness to travel to client sites, industry events, and team meetings (up to 25% of the time).
