Join our dedicated team as a Per Diem MRI Technologist We are looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about providing excellent patient care and have a deep understanding of MRI technology.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent and graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Certification/Licenses: ARRT certification in MRI required. New hires must obtain ARRT certification in MRI within one year of graduating from an accredited school. BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association is required. IV certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Candidates should possess comprehensive knowledge of MRI procedures, equipment, cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient care skills.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-year of MRI experience is preferred, with the ability to perform IV starts.

Nature of Supervision: Reports to the Radiology Manager, Clinical Supervisor, and Charge MRI Technologist.

Work Environment: Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, various body fluids, and magnetic fields.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, transfer, and position patients and equipment weighing over 50 pounds regularly.
