Job Description:

Pay Range: $65hr - $70hr
  • The NPE Request Coordinator will be responsible for managing the intake, validation, and coordination of all non-production environment requests.
  • This role ensures that requests are properly captured, validated, and routed to the appropriate teams while maintaining visibility and communication with stakeholders.
  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting delivery teams by providing timely, accurate, and efficient coordination of environment resources, while maintaining strong governance across multiple stakeholders and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Request Intake And Validation:
  • ct as the single-entry point for all NPE requests from project/product delivery teams.
  • Validate requests for completeness, including scope, approvals, dependencies, and timing.
  • Provide effort, usage, and indicative cost estimates to stakeholders before committing resources.
  • Categorize and route requests to the appropriate owner (Environment Manager, Change Manager, Incident Manager).
Coordination And Communication:
  • Maintain dashboards and reports on request pipeline, SLA status, and upcoming allocations.
  • Proactively communicate request progress, blockers, and approvals to requestors.
  • Collaborate with the Environment Manager for demand forecasting and scheduling feasibility.

Required Skills And Experience:
  • 4-6 years of experience in Release, Service Request, or Environment Coordination roles.
  • Proven ability to create Jira dashboards and generate metrics for reporting.
  • Familiarity with non-production environments and the SDLC lifecycle.
  • Strong experience with ticketing/ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills with a track record of supporting delivery teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the telecommunications domain.
  • Understanding of end-to-end system flows and architecture.
  • Testing background or experience that supports comprehension of E2E flows.
