We have exciting opportunities available for School Bus or Van Drivers
Currently, we are hiring in Nassau County, Long Island. A CDL license is beneficial, and if you do not possess one, we offer Paid CDL Training to get you started
What We Provide:
- Flexible Schedule: Enjoy split-shifts with morning and afternoon hours.
- Guaranteed Hours: Minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Paid CDL Permit Training to assist you on your journey.
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for fully licensed NY CDL drivers holding A, B, or C licenses with P & S endorsements.
- Starting Pay Rate: $24.25/hour for School Bus Van Drivers; $28.50/hour for School Bus Drivers (CDL A or B with P & S Endorsement Required).
- Accrue Paid Time Off and receive Holiday Pay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a school bus or van for transporting students.
- Monitor traffic and road conditions, ensuring a safe and smooth ride.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
- Assist students with boarding and exiting the vehicle when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Must be age 21 or older with at least 1 year of driving experience.
- Must possess a valid NYS CDL Class A or B with P & S endorsements for buses or Class C with P & S endorsements for vans (or willingness to train).
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and comply with CDL regulations.
- Non-CDL drivers must hold a valid driver's license and complete CDL permit training.
