Pay: $32.49 - $51.99 / hour. Pay is based on the applicant's relevant experience.

Summary:

As the Manager of Patient Access, you will lead daily operations in our department, ensuring we align with both departmental and organizational goals. Your role is essential in fostering a collaborative environment that enhances patient care and staff engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement departmental goals and standards that align with the strategic vision of UCHealth.
  • Oversee staff relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and training.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing vendor relations effectively.
  • Assess and enhance the quality of care provided to patients, collaborating with staff and physicians to coordinate services.
  • Utilize critical thinking and decisiveness to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of related experience.
