Join J. Boren & Sons Trucking as an Owner Operator - Solo or Team to take advantage of our attractive sign-on bonus We are looking for dedicated drivers to become part of our family-owned business.
Compensation Details- Solo Owner Operators:
- Earn $3,450 per week + Fuel Surcharge
- Average 2,500 miles per week
- Team Owner Operators:
- Earn $7,975 per week + Fuel Surcharge
- Average 5,500 miles per week
- Receive $0.80 CPM + Fuel Surcharge for empty miles
- Receive $300 reimbursement for orientation costs
- Get $1 per mile up to 500 miles to transport your truck to class (no trailer needed)
- 100% no touch freight
- Pets allowed in the truck
- Fuel discounts available at Love's
- On-site fuel and discount pass-through
- Profit-sharing programs for fleet owners with 2 or more trucks
- Safety incentives to reward our drivers
- 100% Fuel surcharge and accessorial charges
- New, well-maintained trailers
- 95% drop-and-hook operations
- 24/7 dispatch support (non-forced)
- Dedicated lanes available for solo and team drivers in select locations
- Must be at least 23 years old with a valid CDL A
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience
- Must own your own truck
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- No more than 3 non-DOT preventable accidents
- No more than 3 minor moving violations in the last 36 months
- No failed drug or alcohol tests
