This Position reports to:

Team Leader Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity. Each day, you will complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects in a cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by applying basic design thinking/design for excellence concepts in projects.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the Process Automation in Czechia.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Understanding tender documentation
  • Finding the right technical solution
  • Preparing price calculations and final bids
  • Working with ABB sales reps and giving technical support
  • Communicating and finding technical solutions with customers (from Europe and around the world)

Qualifications for the role
  • You have a university degree in electrical engineering.
  • You have experience in the field of generator excitation systems, or you are motivated to learn intensively in this field.
  • You have a communicative knowledge of English (B1 and above).
  • You are flexible, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • You are motivated to work and learn in a team of true specialists in the field.
