Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper/Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected hourly rate $35 to $40 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Keep accurate financial records by recording m onthly journal entries and organizing business transactions.
  • Ensure ledgers are balanced and accurate by reconciling accounts.
  • Generate reports showing receipts, expenditures, accounts receivable invoices, and accounts payable reconciling.
  • Adhere to established bookkeeping procedures within the organization and compliance.
  • Handle invoices, payments, and collections.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance preferred.
  • 3-5 years accounting or related field.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Office (Excel)
Experience:
  • Analyzed Financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, areas for improvement experience.
  • Handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing, including tax calculations and compliance.
