Opti Staffing is Hiring

Position: Welder Fabricator
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $25-$32/hr DOE
Schedule: 6:00am-4:00pm, Monday-Friday

Who We Are:
For more than 50 years, this local company has been designing, engineering, and manufacturing high-performance custom industrial furnaces, ovens, and other industrial process solutions.

What You'll Do:
  • Perform welding and fabrication work, primarily MIG; TIG skills are preferred
  • Read and interpret blueprints
  • Perform basic pipe fitting
  • Accurately read a tape measure and fabricate to tight tolerances
  • Weld using .035 hard wire; Heli-arc processes are also in use

What You Need to Have:

The Musts:
  • Experience in pipefitting
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Coachable personality with the ability to pick things up quickly
  • Self-motivated, reliable work ethic
  • Consistent ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
Preferred:
  • TIG welding experience
