Schedule:
- Full Time, rotating day/evening/weekend shifts.
- Dealership hours between 9:00am-7:00pm, open Monday-Saturday
As a Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted guide to customers-listening to their needs, educating them on the latest Lexus models and technology, and helping them choose the perfect vehicle. You'll be part of a team that values integrity, service, and collaboration.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers with professionalism and care
- Learning about each client's lifestyle and matching them with the right vehicle
- Offering financing and leasing solutions with confidence and clarity
- Staying informed on vehicle features, pricing, and promotions
- Supporting your teammates and celebrating shared wins
- Using tools and training to build your success and customer loyalty

- Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
- Sales experience is a plus-but not required
- Valid Driver's License.
- College Degree, High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of direct customer-facing sales experience preferred (automotive or similar fast-paced environment).
- Dealership experience is a plus
