We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to optimize operational systems and processes within our distribution network. This role focuses on analyzing business needs, evaluating system performance, and implementing technology-driven solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic decision-making across supply chain, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment functions.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in inventory control and supply chain management.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years in operations, systems analysis, or business analysis within wholesale, distribution, or supply chain environments.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.

Work Environment

Experience a traditional warehouse environment with 47 employees. The building can get hot in the summer, but large fans and open doors help mitigate heat. Dress code includes jeans or shorts, T-shirt, and steel-toed boots. Be prepared for some overtime, typically extending until midnight, but occasionally later. No weekend work is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
