Retro Fitness Church Avenue is seeking a highly motivated and personable Membership Experience Advisor to join our team. If you have a passion for fitness, excellent customer service skills, and a drive for sales and achieving goals, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell memberships, retail items, and other services to meet sales targets.
Greet and assist members with a friendly and professional attitude.
Provide an exceptional member experience by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Support members in achieving their fitness goals by guiding them through our offerings and services.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and motivating gym environment.
Qualifications:
Flexible schedule to accommodate mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Customer service or sales experience preferred.
Passion for health and fitness is a plus
