Residential Property Inspector

Join our dynamic team at House Buyers of America as a Residential Property Inspector In this vital role, you will conduct thorough inspections of properties that we are acquiring, ensuring we maintain our high standards of quality. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct detailed property inspections and identify necessary repairs.
  • Create comprehensive reports and document property conditions with photographs.
  • Collaborate with construction and settlement teams on field tasks.
  • Oversee the completion of punch-out items and photograph the construction process.
  • Perform daily home inspections to monitor project progress.
  • Manage the installation and removal of lockboxes and marketing materials.
  • Deliver equipment as needed to various properties.

About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • You possess excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Having a Home Inspector license (MD, DC, or VA) is preferred, but not mandatory.
