Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Professional engineer registration in Texas.
• 10 years of experience in the types of responsibilities listed above.
• dditional desirable experience would include:
• Project management experience including :
o Experience with entitlements such as Platting, Zoning, and Municipal Permitting
o Experience with Site Planning and Development Master Planning
o Software including AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS.
o Grading and Drainage Design
o Street and Alley Design
o Site Design
o Water and Wastewater Design
o Hydrology and Hydraulics Analysis and Design
o SWP3s
o General Civil Design
o Construction Management
