Sourcing Analyst / Procurement Specialist
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Sourcing Analyst to drive smarter procurement decisions and deliver maximum value across the organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on analyzing data, optimizing supplier relationships, and uncovering cost-saving opportunities that have a real impact on business success. You'll collaborate across teams to streamline sourcing strategies and ensure the organization secures high-quality goods and services efficiently.

Compensation: Salary: $85,000, Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Evaluate, select, and maintain relationships with suppliers to optimize value and service.
  • Lead or support sourcing projects, including RFPs, bids, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and track overall spend, item margins, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing needs align with organizational goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within sourcing processes.
What You'll Need to be Considered:
  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with ERP or purchasing systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and act with urgency.
  • Experience in the food industry is a plus.
