As a Family Medicine Physician, you will focus on the holistic health of your patients, treating individuals of all ages, from children to seniors. Your role will be vital in diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical concerns while collaborating with specialists to provide comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient consultations in an outpatient setting Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, seeing both new patients and performing corporate physicals.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for the Family Medicine Call group, approximately once per month, including both weekdays and weekend days, sharing responsibilities with other physicians.
- Perform annual physicals and wellness exams.
- Engage in preventive medicine strategies to ensure ongoing health and well-being for patients.
We will provide you with the recognition and support you need to thrive in your role, including opportunities for professional development and pathways for career advancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Accredited Family Medicine Residency training
- Licensed or willing to obtain licensure in the State of Texas
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Compensation for this position typically ranges from $226,000 to $366,000, including base pay and performance bonuses. Your total cash compensation will vary based on factors such as local labor market conditions, education, and work experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also included, featuring programs for recognition, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
